• Thrive is a small business who knows what small businesses need when it comes to getting off to a great financial start (and growing financially) and I LOVE to help entrepreneurs.

If you are thinking of starting your own business or you already own your own business, I partner with the local Small Business Administration to help you understand your credit report and score and the importance of these documents. When starting your business, you might need funding, so a good credit score is important, but what does that mean? how do I get it there? how long does it take?

When you are starting your own business, there is a lot of excitement around creating your brand, your ideas and your plans but without a clear financial plan, a break even analysis and an understanding of financial statements, ratios and funding opportunities, your wonderful idea could fail. Let me give you real feedback, opportunities for review and help in completing these much needed business formulation documents! If I can assist you here, please complete the contact form below to get started.

Lastly, if you have a challenge with your personal budget, credit or spending – chances are, that might spill over into your business budget, credit or spending. Let me help you separate the two, provide some education on the topics but most importantly, work together to make your personal finances a success – as well!

I am available discuss one or all the above subjects hourly or by topic. I can also provide classes, workshops or guest speaker/keynote topics to groups. Interested? Please contact me through “contact” page with specifics and questions.

  • Sign up for free credit review would go here.

Thrive works with small businesses in many different ways.

If I were you, I would take advantage of the free credit review.  After that, I would do one of the following, based on what works best for you and your business needs.

    1. Schedule an appointment with Thrive to review all financial business needs, business documents and gain assistance in getting set up financially.  This would be best for businesses who need one-on-one, face-to-face assistance getting started or making changes to your current plans. One-on-One appointments are $50/hour.

    2. Utilize an email review process, much like the free credit review, to “pay per document” for assistance with the specifics of your business budget, specific credit needs, break even analysis or financial plan.  You can start this process by completing the contact form below and this service costs $25 per document.

    3. If you are a Small Business Administration or Small Business Development Center that works with many small businesses, one-on-one counseling and classes can be arranged to meet your needs.

“I worked with Lauren and Thrive Financial Counseling when producing a video for her business and website. The video was so much fun to shoot! Lauren is probably one of the most down to earth people I’ve ever met. If you are a small business owner, you must check her out. She was so much fun to work with.”
